The rules for using EverFlow and buying our designs, including what you can and can't do with a template once it's yours.
This summary is just for convenience. The full terms are what actually govern your purchase.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EverFlow website and the digital products sold on it. By browsing this site, creating an order, or downloading a design, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the site or complete a purchase.
EverFlow is operated from Phuket, Thailand, and sells digital design templates to customers around the world.
EverFlow sells digital, downloadable design templates, including invitations, planners, business graphics, and social media designs. Every product is a digital file (or set of files) delivered electronically. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
Our designs are built to be edited using Canva, a third-party design platform. A Canva account (free or paid) is required to personalize most templates.
When you purchase a template from EverFlow, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

All designs, graphics, layouts, and content offered on EverFlow are the intellectual property of EverFlow. Purchasing a design transfers a license to use it as described above; it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying artwork. All rights not expressly granted to you remain with EverFlow.
Prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record on your receipt, handles payment processing, and collects and remits sales tax or VAT to the appropriate authorities where required. EverFlow does not collect or store your card details; Lemon Squeezy handles that directly.
We reserve the right to change prices, run promotions, or discontinue products at any time without notice. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Once your payment is confirmed, your files are made available for instant download, and a copy of the download link is also sent to the email address you provide at checkout as a backup. Please save your files promptly after purchase. Download links may expire after a period of time for security reasons.
If you don't receive your files or run into a technical problem accessing them, contact us and we'll make it right.
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. We're not able to offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or because a design didn't turn out how you expected once personalized.
The one exception: if you experience a genuine technical issue, such as a broken download link, corrupted file, or a product that doesn't match its listing, contact us within 7 days of purchase at everflowstudio.official@gmail.com and we'll resolve it, typically by resending the correct file.
Our site and checkout rely on third-party services to operate, including Lemon Squeezy for payments, tax handling and secure file delivery. We also rely on Canva as the platform our templates are edited in. We are not responsible for outages, changes in features, or pricing changes made by these third parties, though we'll do our best to keep our products compatible and working.

If you subscribe to our newsletter or opt in at checkout, we may send you emails about new designs, promotions, or updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every marketing email. Order-related emails (like your download link and receipt) are sent regardless, since they're necessary to complete your purchase.
Our products and site are provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that our designs will meet every specific requirement you may have. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EverFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or issues caused by third-party platforms like Canva or Lemon Squeezy. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under the laws of your country of residence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles, as EverFlow is operated from Phuket, Thailand. If you are a consumer located in the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, or the United States, nothing in these Terms takes away any statutory consumer protection rights you're entitled to under the mandatory laws of your own country, which continue to apply alongside these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time as our business grows or as required by law. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
