EverFlow ("we," "us," "our") operates the EverFlow website and sells digital design templates. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our site or make a purchase, how we use it, and what choices you have. EverFlow is operated from Phuket, Thailand.

As of the date above, EverFlow does not run analytics or advertising tracking on this site. We do plan to add tools such as Google Analytics or Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel in the future to understand site traffic and run advertising more effectively. We don't sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us run EverFlow, specifically:

• Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record), to process payments, handle sales tax and VAT compliance worldwide, host your purchased files, and deliver them by email after payment;
• Our email service provider, to send order emails and, if you've opted in, newsletters;
• Advertising and analytics platforms (such as Google or Meta), only once we begin using them, and only in ways described in the Cookies section above.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of EverFlow or others.

06 Data Retention

We keep your order information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, including for accounting, tax, and legal record-keeping purposes. If you unsubscribe from our newsletter, we stop using your email for marketing but may retain a record that you unsubscribed, so we don't accidentally email you again.

07 Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including relying on Lemon Squeezy, an established, security-focused provider, for payment processing and file delivery. That said, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, for example the European Union, United Kingdom, or certain US states, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you;
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information;
• Ask us to delete your personal information;

EverFlow is based in Thailand and sells to customers primarily in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and Europe. By using our site or making a purchase, you understand that your information may be processed in Thailand and by service providers (primarily Lemon Squeezy) located in other countries, which may have different data protection laws than your own country.

10 Children's Privacy

EverFlow is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
